I had 50k of piers put in on the perimeter of my house. They got me fixed up and figured out, because ive given it 2-3 years to settle to make this review, and the house seems stabilized for the most part. The house did settle a bit for the first year or so after the piers were put in, but I repaired all the brick and filled the interior cracks, as well as measured the worst ones, and almost none of them re-opened. They did a good job as of this post. The house still creaks when it rains, but it doesn't seem to be reopening anything. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because they broke my hot tub, the engineer was super nice about it, but the office was not. They were super aggressive when I didnt pay immediately when the job completed (my wife was literally in labor at the hospital for our first kid), even though they hadn't worked through the hot tub issue yet, and told me to just have Burton repair it and send them the bill, Burton was understanding, until they called me saying that RamJack didnt pay the bill. Burton called me about every week for 3 months. They did also leave some pretty ugly unmatching concrete squares all over my patios, and didn't clean up some of the rough edges they left on the patios where they cut it, but they aren't concrete contractors so.
