  Was very pleased that Pashal Air was able to come out the same day I called. The technician was very polite and kept me informed of his arrival time. He seemed very knowledgeable, and explained my options for my air conditioner.

  Had a burst exterior faucet and got some work scheduled. Admittedly I am less happy about being charged for “difficult access” when the crawl space has a service entrance 3 feet from the spigot. Like, what’s the criteria for that? Do I only get charged that $400 fee if they send a big technician? Andy did a great job breaking down the repair and even humored my bad questions about discountable service with the plans they offer. Like installing a new faucet on my other building wouldn’t qualify but if it’s an appliance it counts. So I’ll see if they could install a toilet in my yard just to get the discount. I’m sure the dogs would love it more than a drinking spigot set up anyways seeing as it’s their preferred method indoors as well. All jokes aside; they provide good service that’s on time and worthwhile for the average homeowner.
