    Of all the days of the year for our air to not work properly, July 3 had to be the day… an observed holiday day. Sigh. I hated to wait all weekend with temps in the 90s, so Google helped me find Top Notch! Garrett was friendly and was happy to come out and resolve our issue. Within five minutes of our conversation, he suspected the issue and then confirmed it with a quick check. He then resolved the issue quickly and was on his way. I appreciate the promptness, kindness, and expertise! Highly recommend!! Thank you, Top Notch, for the holiday service!

    Our air stopped blowing cold air, and we called multiple companies to help us after hours. Top Notch was the most responsive and was actually able to give us same day after hours service. Terry was incredibly kind, knowledgable, helpful, and thorough! We recommend him and Top Notch 10/10! Thanks for helping us Terry!! Also, it’s a really nice touch that Top Notch sends a picture of the service person via text before they arrive so you know exactly who you are expecting to arrive at the door. That’s a really helpful safety feature that I appreciated and never experienced before when having service people come to the house.

    5 stars! I came home from vacation and within hours, my air stopped working around 9pm and suddenly it was 79 degrees inside my home. I called Top Notch and they answered the phone promptly. He took my info and the tech, Terry, was on his way within minutes. He arrived within an hour of me calling and got to work right away. I found out that my capacitor had died (again!) and that my unit needed regular maintenance to keep that part of my unit healthy. Terry was fantastic - quick, efficient, and professional. He was able to get the part replaced and my unit working again and my house was able to sleep soundly. We are so grateful for them. Also, they were able to waive our service fee because we ended up signing up for the annual maintenance plan which is something that every homeowner should have.. so you don't run into situations like mine lol. So very grateful for this business and their techs. Also, this business is woman-owned so even better! If you need HVAC service I would not hesitate to recommend them!!

    Top Notch is the best HVAC business out there Last night our AC went out while we’re were at VBS so we turned the system off and just ran a bunch of tower fans in each room. I sent a message at 7:30 this morning and by 8 they already had us on their list for today. At 8:30 I got a message saying that our tech Garrett was on his way and by 8:40 he was here. The only thing that stopped him from having it fixed by 9 was the fact that he didn’t have the right size capacitor in his truck, but that didn’t stop him he ran to Conway and got the part and by 9:30 he had the AC fixed and checked everything else out to make sure there was nothing else we needed to worry about. If you want a business that is going to take care of you look no further. Also PSA for anyone ready definitely take advantage of their yearly maintenance membership.

    I hired this company for routine AC/HVAC service. My AC was cooling properly before they came out. I was not calling because the system was failing, I simply wanted it checked and serviced. Their technician told me the refrigerant was a little low and sold me refrigerant. Also, stated that since refrigerant is getting low, meaning there is a leak, so AC won’t cool properly, then call us we will have to do serious repairs as it may be leaking. After he added it, my AC stopped cooling properly. The problem began after their service on the same day. Air was coming out warm. That warning felt strange afterward because the problem happened the same day after the refrigerant was added. When I called them back, and asked them what did they do to my system, the owner came with another person to look at the system. They corrected/removed refrigerant and brought it back to where it had been before. After that correction, the AC started cooling properly again. I did receive a refund for that refrigerant, but that’s not even the main point! I was told there was “debris” inside the system and that’s why the technician may have read it low and recommended adding refrigerant, and that if the system does not cool properly again in the future, I should call them because it may need a serious repair. Again? Another fix for another problem that suddenly came up? Before they touched it, my AC cooled normally. There were no problems. Their own technician inspected the system and no debris issue was mentioned before refrigerant was added. After the system stopped cooling properly following their service, I was suddenly told there was debris inside and that it may require a serious repair in the future. I cannot prove where this alleged debris came from, but I know it was never presented as an issue before their service. I am now left sitting here waiting for this alleged “debris” to possibly damage my system later. From my perspective, the “debris” explanation feels like a way to justify why their technician added refrigerant in the first place and to prepare me for a future repair. I cannot prove how debris got there, but I know I did not have this issue before their service, and now I am being told to expect a possible serious repair if the system fails again. I also paid over $300 for their service subscription. After this experience, I am now afraid to call them back to touch my AC again. A service subscription has no value if the customer no longer trusts the company servicing the system.
