  Today was the 2nd time we’ve used Top Notch for AC repair and they truly live up to their name. There was a technician at our house within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday. I got a text before hand with the picture of our technician, so we knew who to expect. Our technician, Terry, was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Very thankful for this business and their ability to get us up and running quickly and affordably.

  We were in a pinch! We had a hour and a half window before we had to leave. One text message and within that window our problem was solved. Our technician, Terry, was quick but thorough!! He had diagnosed the issue and had a plan and parts with him. He showed us picture proof of the issue, what part wasn't working, and had a picture of the new part he would put in. It was incredible. 10/10 recommend becoming a member. It saved us the after hours fee and service fee!!!

  They were super nice and professional! Came out after hours and efficiently got my air working again so I didn't have to go to sleep in a hot house. Will definitely use this company again!

  We needed someone to come out on a Sunday to service our air conditioner. The first place I called said that they couldn't get to me. The next place wanted to charge me $225 on Sunday, but if I would wait till Monday it would be $105. I called Top Notch and someone answered the phone and immediately connected me to a technician. Stephen gave me an approximate time and came out promptly and diagnosised my problem. He did not have the part on his truck so he explained to me that someone would be out to fix it first thing Monday morning. Top Notch only charged me $150 for a Sunday call. Dylan and Sabastan arrived promptly around 9:30 that morning and were able to fix my unit and get me back up and going. There was no additional service charge for them coming back out on Monday and the repair was completed as promised quickly and efficiently. I'm pretty sure I have a new HVAC company to work with in the future. Thank you Top Notch Heating and Air and Stephen, Dylan, and Sabastan for your excellent service.

  Desmond did a very thorough job checking the air conditioner for this season. He explain all the steps that he performed and even giving me some tips on how to easily clean my grates between visits. He was very professional and considerate of my home and property. This is my second year with Top Notch and I couldn’t be happier with their service.
