When the service department came out, they were very nice and professional. When troubleshooting our issue, they took extra time to explore other possible explanations in order to try to save us money. They even called another technician out to help troubleshoot. They really went the extra mile, and I’m confident this team always does what is right for the client and not what is easiest for them or would make them the most money. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Tim went above and beyond by rearranging their installation schedule on very short notice to ensure our stove was installed before the end of the year. Due to the expiration of the tax credit, it made a big difference in the cost, and they were really gracious to move things around so that our stove could be installed in 2025. The installation team was very courteous and professional. We really appreciate everything!
