Our system is 2 yrs. old. Single unit zoned for 2 levels. Problem was when upstairs zone came on it sounded like a jet taking off. We had the installing company out twice and they were unable to correct. Nephi Wheeler and Chris Barros from Absolute came out, located problems and corrected. Very knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. Great job - all is good as new now. Recommend without reservation.

Good - Kaden, Keagan, and Gabriel were all professional and polite. Bad- I was experiencing a leak, I called them out last year and they added fre on and fixed a capacitator, the second it gets hot outside (6 months later) there is still a leak, they originally were going to charge me for a leak search and fre on again, after speaking with them they agreed not to charge me for that as it should of been done the first time. Now (2 months later) it’s leaking again, one of the service men told me they weren’t going to charge me for fre on, but they did, and they didn’t do a full leak search, just added fre on and told me to get a new unit ($8,000+). From a consumer stand point it felt like they didn’t want to try and fix anything, just do a quick temporary fix and tell me to pay them $8,000+ to just get a new unit.

Our HVAC unit went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Our neighbors recommended this Absolute Air. We are glad they did! Ruby, Chad and Logan were great to work with. Logan was the technician that came out, even though the weather was rough and fixed our issue. Also installed the thermostat and we signed up for the HVAC membership. Can't recommend them enough!
