Water Purifiers
"Your home is a place where you and your family should be able to relax and feel completely comfortable and secure. At Tri-State Water, Power, and Air, we offer a full suite of home enhancements that help homeowners do exactly that. Not only do we install safety upgrades, such as standby generators and safe rooms to protect families during a disaster, but we also provide products designed to improve the quality of the most essential resource in our customers’ homes – their water. For example, we can install a water treatment system in your home to eliminate hard water. You’ll notice the difference almost immediately after your water softener is installed, as you’ll enjoy pure, fresh-tasting drinking water straight from the tap."

Service was done completely (including a manual transfer at our request to verify smooth transfer) and courteously. We definitely appreciated his cooperation and his willingness to satisfy our concerns! Service above and beyond!!

Tri state’s water filtration system is not worth the money. The filters are expensive the system cost $7K the installation was substandard, to say the least, and has worked about 1/4th the time. I’ve had this system for years now and had to call them each time to service the system and recently changing the system I’m told the water in the tank was yellow and disgusting. What a ripoff!

The staff and technicians have been nothing but helpful. They alerted us to a problem with whole house generator when it failed to test (it’s a monitored service) and did trouble-shooting remotely. When that didn’t solve the issue, they scheduled a tech who quickly resolved the problem. Top notch.

Andrew did his work before I knew he was here. He said he knocked on the door but no answer. So he went to work and when I walked out he was going to leave a note, but the note was not needed.
I thought I heard something going on in the yard. We almost bumped into each other. He introduced himself and he was a technician who knows how to do his work and he explained what he was doing. When he finished he explained again what he had done and I appreciated very much. If I were asked to rate him on a scale of 1to 10 with 10being exceptional, he would get a TEN!
Hopefully he will be the tech who comes each time.
Very friendly and conducts himself as a gentleman. Thank you for assigning him to the work Monday.
