  After 4-5 service calls with our former company, being charged for Freon so our AC would work, and being told "you have a leak somewhere in your system" but never having a tech look for or diagnose said leak. In walks our hero (I feel really bad I don't remember his name) it took him less than a minute to find the leak....a bit longer to fix it though. Between our tech and all the wonderful ladies I dealt with on the phone 10/10 would recommend

  Sandi O’Brien did an exceptional job getting our ac up and cooling. This young lady knows more about ac units than anyone I’ve ever talked to before. She’s not afraid to work & she takes pride in her work.

  Placed a call on a holiday weekend. Got a call that a technician was on the way first thing on Monday morning. Greg arrived, serviced our geothermal unit professionally and quickly. Very satisfied with Middleton and the work performed.

  I have been disappointed with Middleton's service. One issue is that technicians do not automatically provide customers with a copy of the service report after the visit, even though the customer signs it. Instead, customers must call and specifically request a copy. Service documentation should be provided automatically. I also pay for the annual maintenance plan, but the maintenance does not appear to be performed thoroughly. My HVAC system was serviced in January, yet by mid-June the condensate drain line was completely clogged, causing water to leak and damage my ceiling. A properly maintained condensate drain should not become severely clogged within a few months. This raises concerns that the January maintenance was not completed adequately or that important preventive maintenance steps were overlooked. Based on my experience, the quality of both the maintenance service and customer communication needs significant improvement.

  After more than 20 years of excellent service, this time my experience has been stressful, time consuming and unacceptable. Your technician left me with two days of labor repairing damage done to our property!
