  Our A/C stopped working while it was 105°, and Middleton sent a tech to our house shortly after we called. He quickly found the problem and had our air blowing cold again in less than an hour! Thankful for the fast, friendly, and professional service!

  We needed an emergency repair to our AC after it stopped working during the recent extreme heat. I called and we got on the list for repair service and dispatch called us first thing the next morning to schedule for that day! Our technician Dexter arrived within a few hours and did a fantastic job. He was quick but thorough, helped me understand the exact problem and offered solution, gave me the cost and then completed the repair. Thankfully it was a minor issue (bad capacitor) but we were so happy to have our unit fixed and cooling again in less than 24 hours! We love Middleton!!

  My grandfather’s a/c went out and while I was panicking, they were very friendly and endured my endless calls to check on when a part would come in. Once it was in, they promptly came and fixed him up. Thank you!

  I made an appointment with them yesterday(Thursday) to come out today and they cancelled at the last minute today saying we take care of our employees and the tech doesn’t want to work that late(4pm).Ok, then you should have told me that yesterday and not have made the appointment with me for that time and I could have called another company yesterday to come today. Get mad at your reservationist and honor your scheduled appmt, not the customer. After going into work extra early on four hours of sleep and rushing all day so I could make the scheduled time just to have them cancel two hours before the appmt. Now I have to wait until Monday with temps around a hundred degrees all weekend until a different company can come out. I cancelled the Middleton service and will not ever call them again.
