- CBCyndi BatesMay 13, 20265.0Was very thankful for Tim and his due diligence when performing our annual summer tuneup. Tim noticed some water stains on the floor around our unit and that our condensation line was clogged. He address the situation at that time and suggested that we might want to get a wi-fi leak detection warning device as our HVAC inside unit is upstairs, to hopefully prevent any damage. On Tim’s recommendation my wife ordered the system . We received the system within a couple of days, installed it last Thursday and on Saturday evening it went off. Alerting us to this issue. We reached out to Jones Heating and Airon Monday and they came out today and resolved the issue. Tim was the one that came back to make the necessary repairs and we were dry thankful for his suggestion which saved us from a possible flooding of our home. Great JobTim!! Thank you!!

- SBSean BarnardJan 23, 20261.0Bought a new $15,000.00 HVAC UNIT from Jones. Past year and half have had nothing but trouble out of it. Jones will not do service after the sale. 1st issue was the system was not installed correctly, system was not charged at install. Had to have them out 2 times to rectify the issue. 2nd issue, thermostat did not work and had to contact Rheem to get it to work because Jones didn't have one service tech who could operate it. 3 rd issue, now the heat pump will not work under 50 degrees. When I call them they send a service tech out just to tell me it's working. Then charged me 100 bucks for doing nothing. I have used Jones for the past 20 years now I wouldn't call them if they were the last HVAC service on earth. And when you call to voice your disappointment in there service, they never call you back. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
