  Plumber came the same day I called. Found leaking pipe under bathroom, had the repair materials on his truck, made repair in short order. Great attitude, very polite and knowledgeable.

  I had them come out to look at my hot water heater in the basement. When the tech came out and told me I *didn’t* need to flush the tank or replace the anode rod, but *did* recommend adding an expansion tank and replacing the old shutoff valve, my first thought was: “Right. Thanks for the upsell.” Then I looked up what flooded basements cost. Then I compared prices from other companies. Yeah, I went with Premier. They got the work done fast, the install looks clean, and somehow they managed to do all of it without waking the baby during his morning nap.

  I was very pleased with the service that Mr. Loney with premier service company provided he showed up on time and dod the thoroughly by examining and explaining everything that needed to be done. He took his time and completed the service on my A/C unit also did a full inspection of my Plumbing, HVAC units, and electrical plugs/breaker box Mr. Loney did a great job highly recommended.

  Premier had someone to the house within an hour or two. Austin quickly figured out the problem and replaced a faulty breaker. He was very courteous and I was very pleased with the service.

  I'll try to be somewhat impartial and let the community decide on if this seemed fair or not... I have a rental that is 1.5 hrs. away. I had a toilet tank that was leaking, so I called. Upon getting to there to inspect, the Premier technician called. I was in a meeting, so my wife spoke to him. She was told that the inside of the toilet was rusted out, causing the leak, and that the internals of the tank needed to be rebuilt. I knew I'd just replaced the internals not long ago, but we proceeded with getting the estimate. It was $585 to replace the internals (flapper, fill valve, gaskets, etc.) We declined and paid the $50 service call fee. We then just bit the bullet and drove the 3+ hour round trip to repair ourselves. We stopped at Walmart to buy a repair kit (<$30) just in case it was needed, and arrived to find the issue was simply that the bolt that connects the tank to the bowl was loose. There was no "rusted-out" internals, and the fix took me no time at all. I can't help but wonder if the technician would have responded / quoted a different price if he'd spoken to me vs. my wife. I completely understand a company has costs they incur, and have to price that in, but >$500 for a fix that takes less than 30 mins with parts that cost less than $30 (if they were used)? That seems odd. Not to mention, no repair parts were even needed, and the information relayed about the state of things was inaccurate. I've attached an image of the internals before I touched them to repair them. The are in red is where the leak was coming from. I'd welcome comments from the company / owner.
