Our bathtub was dripping so I took out the cartridge and bought another at a big box store. (Supposedly an aftermarket that should have worked). Nope! Water coming out full blast even in the off position. Quickly turned off water at the main. NOBODY in town had this exact cartridge for Price Pfister since it’s rare. Nobody except Ferguson, and they had three in stock! Everyone else was on back order and would be weeks. (Weeks that my water would be shut off or switch out to another brand valve which requires cutting out Sheetrock and could get pricy). The two guys up front helping me were friendly and found my part quickly. I was in and out of the store in 5 mins. Replaced my cartridge and we are back in business! Never thought I would be so excited. lol. But when you have to shut off your water, it can be a big deal doing everything with bottles of water. Highly recommend Ferguson!
