    “I am absolutely amazed by the difference this water filtration system has made. Our water had a terrible odor that made it unpleasant to drink, cook with, and even shower in. From the moment the system was installed, the smell completely disappeared. The water is now fresh, clean, and crystal clear. You can immediately tell the difference in quality. The installation was professional, and everything worked exactly as promised. This has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our home. I highly recommend Beyond H20 to anyone dealing with water odor issues—you won’t believe the improvement!”

    I had a very disappointing experience with this water filtration service. Their customer service was poor, charging us for 3 months the service was not even installed, and their response to a serious issue was brushed off. The pressure valve on the water filter popped off, causing major water damage inside the house. Instead of taking responsibility for damage caused by their water filter system or service, the company expected the homeowner to file an insurance claim to cover the damage. That is extremely concerning. A company that installs or services water filtration equipment should stand behind its work, especially when a failure causes damage to someone’s home. Instead, they acted as if the homeowner should be responsible for cleaning up the mess and dealing with the insurance process. In my opinion, this is not a good way to do business. Customers should be warned that if their equipment fails and causes damage, this company may not take responsibility. Read the fine print of the contract before you sign with them and be ready to pay a deductible to cover the damage to your home. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
