- GLGamer LyfeAug 17, 20261.0Horrible customer service! We called them on Thursday & were supposed to be the first call on Friday. Supposedly our tech we were scheduled with had an emergency on Friday so we were scheduled with a different one. Tech never showed up Friday & we were supposed to be the first call on Saturday. We sat at home all day Saturday & a tech never showed up. Fast forward to Monday…nobody called & no techs showed up. I guess we were forgotten about. It’s still 85 in our house…the problem didn’t fix itself!! Don’t waste your time! Call Farley & Hysaw! We had a tech come out the same day & fixed us up! They have excellent customer service! I will be calling them from now on! I wish I had called them Thursday so we didn’t have to be miserable in a 85 degree house all weekend.
