  I am really happy with my experience with Windows World. I put in a request for call back and was called a couple days later to schedule an estimate. I got my estimate the following week I believe. The man that came (I'm so sorry I've forgotten his name) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the doors and very nice to my medium sized and scary looking but sweet dogs. He gave me a time frame of 16 weeks for the door to be installed since they had to get it ordered and there was a bit of a backlog with their installers. I got the call probably 12 weeks after his visit and got my door installed. It was raining horribly that day but the installers were amazing too! They arrived promptly and got my door installed within a couple hours. It's been a few months and the door still looks awesome and I recommend Windows World to anyone that will listen.

  Bad experience, we do not recommend Window World. The windows are of decent quality, but there are two problems: 1. They don't have their own installers so the first team that installed the windows did a good job and the windows worked as expected. The second team that did the remaining windows had no clue how to install them. This lead to leaking on two large windows, one in the dining room and one in a bedroom that ruined brand new hardwood flooring. 2. The windows only have half a screen, so if you like mud dauber nests on your windows, there are perfect. Window World did send someone out to remove and reinstall the windows, but they still leaked. WW blamed our siding, but if the was true, how come the old windows didn't leak? Nasty man came to measure, salesman was rude and condescending. Installers left a mess for us to clean up and even the good installers never finished installing the window sill in the living room, (yes, we had all windows replaced). The glass sliding doors work as expected, but when purchasing them didn't realize there there is no key entry from the outside, when they are locked, that's it, you can't get in if you want to. One three piece sliding door came with a broken screen. When I called the company to inquire what could be done, the snide woman on the service desk said my only choice was to buy a new screen door! Disgusting. Stay away from Window World. In a few years we intend to replace these mediocre windows again. Save yourself the pain, go with another company who has their own installers and full screens!
