WW reps provided excellent service in measuring, ordering, and installing our two new double hung units. The results are fantastic. The window has drastically reduced heat penetration in the garage. They even carefully removed the old windows, addressing lead paint concerns, and disposed of materials in an environmentally safe manner. There are no substitutes for quality and safety. WW is our only option for these types of specialty residential needs.

- BMBeverly MooreJun 26, 20261.0Paid $7000 for 3 doors. Glass in one door shattered by a rock within 3 weeks. Of course not covered under warranty. Had to pay $270 for new glass about 6 weeks ago and glass is not expected to arrive until the end of June and then no telling how much longer to get it installed. Not to mention they charged us for new hurricane bolts then did not want to come back and install them. Now we have another issue with our bedroom door and they will not come out about that until they install the glass. I regret working with them and wish I had gone local. One problem after another.

Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
