- MSMichael Stettner3 days ago5.0Subject: Review of Window Installation 09/21/26 I wanted to write and share how pleased I am with the new windows installed at my home. From the initial consultation through the final cleanup, your team demonstrated great professionalism. Answered all of my questions clearly and helped me choose the right options for my home without any pressure. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and took great care to protect my floors and furniture. They worked efficiently, removed the old drafty windows cleanly, and left the workspace spotless. The new windows look fantastic, operate smoothly, and I can already notice a positive difference in how quiet and comfortable the house feels. Thank you for a smooth and well-executed project. I would gladly recommend your team to friends and neighbors. Sincerely, Mike, Enterprise AL

- JMJacqueline MillerSep 10, 20265.0Just had all new windows installed in a reno house and I couldn't be more happy! From the sales team that came out and explained everything in detail to the installation team, everything was top notch! Communication from the install team couldn't have been better and they cleaned up all the mess too! I wish every contractor was as diligent as these guys!
- FBFred BurgmannSep 2, 20265.0Window World was a pleasure to work with! From their salesman to their installers they were professional, caring and kind. They did not try to pressure us in any way. Both their salesman and install team answered all of our questions and did a great job of showing us how the windows work and explaining the warranty. They also made it clear that if we ever have any questions about our windows or the warranty to just call into the office and they would help us. If you ever need or want new windows in your home or business I highly recommend Window World!!!
Frequently Asked Questions About Window World of Dothan
What types of Payment methods & Financing do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment methods and financing options (subject to approved credit) depending on promotional period. Please contact us for more information regarding available options.
Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations, it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
Window World replacement windows come with an all-inclusive limited lifetime warranty. Contact us for more details.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as they arrive for your installation.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don't necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. As a first step, we recommend you visit the Support page of our website for troubleshooting tips and advice on correcting common issues.
