- MHMichele HowellJun 27, 20261.0I paid these people $8000 for a hvac system to be put in, They left a man that had just started out to do it on his own and had issues trying to get it all put in. They cut my brand new siding and then decided to put the box somewhere else and messed up so much of my siding. I have pictures of EVERYTHING that was done, damages and all. Then they put my system in another place and attached it to my HOUSE. On top of that they cut a place inside the house for the return and didn't even have the right filters for it and folded it to place in there and after about a year and half it was already messed up and had to pay over 700 total to have everything replaced because it isn't level and caused the fan to vibrate and broke!!! I had called AP as soon as the work was done and told them but nothing was done. I still owe 2300 and warranty is out because the company didn't register my unit for the 5yr/10yr warranty and I'm left paying for everything that happens!!! I recommend using someone else at all cost because I was left a MESS and paid way to much for the crappy work that was done.
