Richard reached out to me within an hour, got there before 2pm, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled to come back the next morning. By noon Tuesday, everything was running smoothly. For the diagnosis + the thermostat installation to fix it, I paid $300. If you have an AC emergency in the Alabama summer, these are the guys you want to call!
