- JCJames C.Jul 15, 20265.0Gavin was the technician who came out and he quickly and thoroughly replaced our failed thermostat but then also did all other preventative diagnostic and maintenance activities, including blowing out our condensate line and showing us how we can regularly treat that to prevent future issues. I would recommend Gavin and Mallard Air without hesitation.

Because of our great experience with them, we recently decided to get the insulation replenished in our house through them. He clearly knew what he was talking about, took the time to explain everything, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. It’s great to have such wonderful person who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about providing great service.
