  Service tech from Childress was helpful, timely and courteous. This was the first time we had a service on a unit that was on an old house. He shared that our unit was still under warranty. Thank you Daylen for going the extra mile on this HOT FRIDAY right before a holiday!

  Had a unit go out and call them one afternoon around 2:30, They had the new one here the next morning and changed it out when it was 96 outside with a 110 heat index! I had cool air by 3 that evening. Over and beyond what anybody could expect!! Thanks Mike!!

  The technician called ahead to let me know he was in the way. That’s a huge plus! He was quick, friendly and even helped my parents with their unit while he was there. Could not ask for better service. Highly recommend this company. I will call no one else going forward. Thank you, team!!!

  A/C goes out Friday afternoon called Childress they made an appointment for Saturday. Technician Reed came out was a bad thermostat could not have been more efficient. Will continue to use this wonderful company.

  could not recommend them more! we had a unit go out on a Sunday evening right before a birthday party. Tried calling the company that installed the unit in a new build house 2 years ago and not only got no response but a rude text the following day about not wanting to be bothered after hours, We then Called Michael and he was out at the house in no time and isolated the issue. He did have to order a new compressor but it was there the next morning and now our house is back to regular temp! We will use them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future, for sure. Thanks for taking care of us.
