  The guys from American heating were great. They came out and diagnosed my AC, explained everything and had it up and running right away. They were super professional and polite. Will use again and highly recommend.

  I highly recommend them the 2 gentleman that came out 2 my place where very very nice and I highly recommend them they was very polite and really understanding so if u want really good service I highly recommend them for sure and thank u so much for comming out on short notice 😊

  Compressor was locked up on our 2 year old system. Chris and Keedan took the time to troubleshoot averything and get it running again. He explained that the compressor might be going out (even though it's only 2 years old), but we agreed to see if it had any further problems before charging for a replacement. Chris got the information he needed to know what compressor we needed, just in case, and followed up with me the next day. I told him the house was cool all night, and he said the daytime performance (with this heatwave) would let us know. Sure enough, the compressor locked up again. I thought for sure we would be sweating through this holiday weekend. Because he had already gotten the information he needed to have a compressor on standby, he was able to change it out the following morning. This unit now cools the house better than it did when it was brand new. Chris doesn't treat you like just another customer. They provide that personal service that makes you feel like your comfort is important to them. There are many companies out there making HVAC repairs, but that preparation and follow up is the type of service that most companies don't provide anymore.
