From the moment he arrived, Mr. Quintin conducted a thorough and comprehensive inspection of my AC system, meticulously addressing every component. His detailed work included a precise evaluation and adjustment of the thermostat settings, which I understand is crucial for both comfort and optimizing energy consumption. He undertook a rigorous inspection and cleaning of both the evaporator and condenser coils, a vital step to ensure the unit operates at peak cooling efficiency.   .The service provided was subpar. The technician claimed to have cleaned the drains, but the entire unit floated. We have used the company before, and the service was exceptional. A competent technician had previously visited, but this time, the incoming technician failed to meet our expectations. Instead of promptly returning when contacted due to the unsatisfactory job, he contacted my eldest son and provided instructions. This behavior is not in line with the professionalism that Service Air is renowned for. We had been calling since yesterday, but only received an automated response with an AI voice named Dave.

  Mr. Young, Q. Was prompt, professional and very courtesy in which something I hardly experience nowadays when dealing with home services, technician and or repair personnel. I truly appreciate the updates by email and text messages. Mr. Young explained his process and informed of the company other programs, promotions and benefits in person and by text message.   We purchased two top-of-the-line Daikin air conditioning systems for our home at 2222 West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores from Eastern Shore . The salesperson was a very pleasant young man who emphasized that this was a Christian company that could be trusted. The installation crew was equally impressive—hard-working, courteous, professional, and they did an excellent job with the installation. During the installation, we had existing wooden platforms supporting our old outdoor units. The installers recommended removing those platforms and replacing them with flush wall-mounted brackets. They assured us the brackets were designed for coastal environments and were “coastal coated,” so rust would not be an issue. Based on their recommendation, we agreed to have the wooden platforms removed and the new wall mounts installed. A little more than two years later, one of the wall-mount brackets is already rusting. I first contacted Eastern Shore about the problem in January. I was told a manager would call me, but no one ever did. During a routine maintenance visit, a technician took pictures of the rusting bracket and again said someone would contact me. That never happened. I made several more calls over the following months and was repeatedly told that a manager would get back to me, but I never received a call. During another scheduled maintenance visit in July, I again raised the issue with the technician. He was another polite and professional young man who said the manager would speak with me before I left. That didn’t happen. I was then told the manager would call me later that day or the following day. Again, no call. After yet another phone call, I was finally told that Eastern Shore would not accept responsibility for the bracket and that I would have to pay the labor cost to replace it. My disappointment is not with the salesperson or the technicians—they were all courteous, professional, and represented the company well. My disappointment is with management and customer service. They recommended replacing a wooden support system that likely would have lasted many more years with wall-mounted brackets they represented as suitable for the coastal environment. When those brackets began rusting after just over two years, the company failed to communicate despite numerous promises to return my calls, and ultimately refused to stand behind the product or the recommendation they made. For me, the biggest issue isn’t just the rusting bracket—it’s the lack of follow-through and the unwillingness to take responsibility after making repeated promises that someone would contact me. I believe customers deserve better communication and better support after making a significant investment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Eastern Shore
