- ACAdam catoJan 3, 20221.0I have called twice once last Thursday for an emergency dispatch.Talked to the operator and was told Tech would be out shortly we were with out power until Friday morning no tech ever called or came out. I called and spoke to another operator and was told a tech would be out today Monday. Still no tech and bo call.

- BZBilly ZemoJan 18, 20205.0I was having problems with my 8kw Generac unit and it would not run. When I called they were very responsive and were able to schedule a service call within 48 hours. Within a few minutes of arrival the Technician was able to diagnose the problem and got the engine running again. As part of the service they checked the output voltage and found that the voltage regulator had failed and the unit was putting out 350 volts when it should have been 240vac. The technician walked me thru everything that he did and gave me several pointers to watch for. I will definitely use them in the future for annual service and any time a problem is found.
