  Dave came by and gave us a thorough inspection on our roof and attic after we had concerns about attic ventilation. He was patient, thorough, happy to answer questions and clearly explained what he saw. To our surprise, he recommended no immediate work and gave us a clean bill of health on our roof and attic ventilation. Very rarely will a company conduct an inspection without "urgent" findings, but I was pleased that Dave and Alec pride themselves on trust and transparency, even when it means there's no immediate work to be done. Their honesty and integrity is enough to earn my business for any future roof/attic needs.

  In my Google search for gutter installation estimates, I came across I Am Roofing. Being veteran-owned, I booked a consultation in which I met David Hayes. Dave was very friendly and professional. Although my consultation was for gutters, he also offered to inspect my roof/structure. Dave was very thorough and made me aware of damage I had no idea was going on. He took the time to explain in detail the damage with my roof and provided various financial options. Dave, thank you for your expertise and knowledge. I appreciate your time, honesty and transparency during the consultation. The experience raised my awareness on roofing education. Definitely a lot to digest as I move forward in my decision-making process.

  Great experience from Ken. He did a great inspection during a very rainy day. He found multiple roof leaks some of which we did not know about. He showed us pictures of the leaks. And He worked with his boss to get us a good price!! Financing was easy and the payments are with our budget. Installers arrived promptly and quickly began working. The job was finished and the yard was cleaned thoroughly. The installers were very polite and friendly. I will recommend IAM roofing to anyone needing roofing.

  One of the most unprofessional businesses with which I've dealt. Called for an estimate for gutters for my workshop. Represented who visited us pivoted immediately to trying to sell me a new roof for my home. Only after turning down an incredibly high estimate for the roof did we get to business on the workshop gutters. On the scheduled day of install, bad weather interfered - completely understandable. But the company did not reach out to me about rescheduling. I had to call them. Was called back Friday evening at 8pm to say they would be here 7am Saturday morning. Family had plans that day, but we flexed to accommodate. It's now 10am: no crew, no call, no means of reaching someone at the company as their business office is closed and no other contact numbers were provided. Received a text saying they noticed a missed call from me and that I could schedule an appointment online. Took a chance and called the text number. I did get a voice mail recording. Left them a message that if they were no-shows today I was cancelling my work order. It's very irritating to know they have financial information and an approved credit application for me, yet this is the level of communication and customer support. Absolutely inexcusable. Only giving one star because Google requires it to post a review.
