  Option 1 — Warm & Professional We want to give a big thank-you to Dave for coming out and doing such a spectacular job inspecting our roof and providing a thorough estimate. We’re truly grateful for the time he spent with us, as well as the helpful advice and guidance he provided as we prepare to replace our roof. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate his honesty and expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing help!

  I didnt even get through the hour long sales pitch. After an hour of pictures, videos, attic visit, didnt even climb on the roof, just peeked at it feomnthe ladder. The dude who came to my house was nice enough but, it took about 15 minutes into the visit to know this wasn't going to go well. They are 4 times over priced. Wanted to add all kinds of extra things, told me the roof that is 20 years old was installed wrong, then asked me who was making the decision on the purchase of the roof by asking who all lived with me. I gave the sales young man a lesson on asking a woman who was alone for the estimate about asking questions that is none of this company's business. Then he proceeded to tell me I need some 3 layered thing under the shingles, wanted to vent topped the roof, replace good equipment. Then tells me its going to cost $32,000+ for a roof. Every house on my street has had a new roof installed for less than 10,000. Felt like a scam job. Unless you just want to throw your money away... stay clear of this company. Oh.. and at the 1 hour mark of my estimate visit...I kicked him out of my house...he aslo told me most estimates take 2.5 hours... oh give me a break.

  I am writing this review so others are aware and do not get taken advantage of. They had someone available the same day, quick inspection, long sales presentation that included pressing for financing and closing the deal that day. Even put me on FaceTime with another representative. They quoted me $43k and told me they could possibly get it down to $38k range if I signed. I received additional quotes with thorough inspections, same GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, fortified roof by licensed companies and settled for $14,250.00. They try to sell a lifetime warranty that doesn’t exist. Nothing “family and veteran owned” about my experience with the company. I never heard back from them when I questioned such a price difference in their quotes versus other companies. Please be aware and do your research!

  Met with the representative from I Am Roofing today and was very impressed. He explained everything thoroughly and extensively. The cost was a bit pricey but I firmly believe you get what you pay for and that the cost would be worth it. And the fact that he sat and spoke with us for a while to lay out their process, purpose, and goals was much appreciated. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone I come across that needs roofing work done.

  Kortlen Wilfawn, Project Manager, Spanish Fort, Al was very thorough and a southern gentleman and he is definitely an asset to your company . We are pleased with our experience with Kortlen and are grateful that he and his crew completed our roof repairs in one and a fourth days. They were very through and cleaned up impeccably. It was a pleasure meeting Kortlen and getting the roof repairs so quickly. Kortlen is a great Project Manager for your roofing company.
