  Mr. Curtis McFarling recently inspected a home I am purchasing. I was very impressed with the details and every aspect provided in his inspection report This is the 6th home I’ve purchased in my lifetime and I have all those inspections as my frame of reference so i truly am pleased and impressed with his thoroughness, descriptions, photos, and helpful recommendations. Without hesitation I can highly recommend Mr. McFarling for any home/building inspections.

  Curtis did an inspection for a home that we were purchasing. He did a very thorough job of finding defects in the home that could be hazardous to our health and life. We ended up not buying the home due to the amount of things that were wrong with it. His report was written thoroughly with text and images. He was very knowledgeable. He had no problem answering the phone when we would call without warning, which has been an issue when cold calling other inspectors. Very professional and a job well done. We appreciate him very much and will be using his services again when we find another home.

  The inspection Curtis provided was thorough and had pictures and explanations for any issues! Curtis also explained in detail about any concerns we had during a phone conversation! We will be sharing his company info with family and friends!

  Curtis was a breath of fresh air to work with in our process of buying our house. He went above and beyond to get our last minute structural inspections done for us, even coming out on a Saturday and rearranging his schedule to accommodate our timelines. He was always on time and very professional in appearance and knowledgeable of the inspections needed. If you need any kind of structural inspection done I would highly recommend him and I would use him again if the need arises.
