  Curtis was amazing to work with. I met him at a house as a buyer. He explained everything he was looking at, and pointed out good features and potential issues. His report was well detailed with a lot of pictures.

  Mr. Curtis McFarling recently inspected a home I am purchasing. I was very impressed with the details and every aspect provided in his inspection report This is the 6th home I’ve purchased in my lifetime and I have all those inspections as my frame of reference so i truly am pleased and impressed with his thoroughness, descriptions, photos, and helpful recommendations.   Curtis did an inspection for a home that we were purchasing. He did a very thorough job of finding defects in the home that could be hazardous to our health and life. We ended up not buying the home due to the amount of things that were wrong with it. His report was written thoroughly with text and images. He was very knowledgeable. He had no problem answering the phone when we would call without warning, which has been an issue when cold calling other inspectors. Very professional and a job well done. We appreciate him very much and will be using his services again when we find another home.
