  We are very disappointed with our recent experience. My husband called to schedule a yearly inspection. The receptionist on the phone asked if anything was wrong with our unit. My husband told her no. When the technician came out, he mentioned how he was scheduled for a service call and was asking what issues we were experiencing. My husband informed him we were not having issues. We just wanted a yearly inspection done. The technician mentioned service calls are $85, inspections are $165, and if they discover any areas that need to be addressed then that would be an additional cost. My husband was upset as he was told it would be $85 on the phone when he booked the appointment for the inspection. The technician called the office a few times during his time here. The technician came back during one of the times and informed us they would still charge us $85 just for coming out. My husband asked if he could speak to a manager about them wanting to charge us just for them coming out as he was upset about the miscommunication and/or mis-input when the appointment was scheduled. The technician stepped out again to call the office and came back and said that they would be willing to do the inspection at the price of $85. We agreed and once the technician was finished we began to discuss the findings. We quickly realized that the office had told the technician to only complete a A/C side inspection and not a full system and that we would not be receiving a report. I understand that things get missed during scheduling, however to first try to charge full price for a service that wasn’t asked for and then be deceitful on what was provided is down right bad business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  Could not have been more pleased with service. They came the same day they were called to look at our very old ac unit which did need to be replaced. Everything went very smoothly and timely. Customer service was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and were very knowledgeable and professional. Won’t hesitate to use them again

  Tim was very professional and we were aware of everything he did and he did not do anything different than what he explained had to be done. We are very satisfied with his performance and the overall experience was great! He was kind and took care of our issue and was very good at doing his job!! Thank you for getting us back up and going with our air today!!! You all were a GOD send!!!

  Our AC went out; it was caused by a turn-off valve being switched off as the drain was completely clogged. I called and within a couple of hours a tech showed up (which is totally acceptable as it was Saturday when this happened and the on-call tech had to come from another site). The company sent me a brief bio with picture to let me know who would here. A nice touch as it gave me an explanation of whom I should expect to see at my door. He called to let me know he was coming. It was an easy fix (although a little expensive, it was not nearly as expensive as it could have been).

  I scheduled an appointment for my air conditioning unit to be inspected due to a perceived decrease in performance. During the call, I specifically requested routine maintenance for the unit. I anticipated services such as coil cleaning or similar tasks. The representative informed me that the appointment would cost $165 for a technician to visit, assess the unit, and provide assistance. It appears that this fee primarily covers an inspection and a quote for services, rather than any actual work being performed. I believe it would be beneficial for this distinction to be communicated more clearly during the appointment scheduling process. Had I been aware of this policy, I would not have proceeded with the appointment. A charge of $165 solely for an inspection seems substantial (esp, and I would expect some level of service to be included for that amount. I would like to commend the technician for their professionalism and respectful demeanor, which is why I have rated this experience with two stars. However, I strongly suggest that your phone representatives provide more explicit information regarding the scope of work included in such appointments, particularly that no actual repairs or maintenance will be conducted during the initial visit.
