  I noticed a leak in my water heater. Ben Franklin came that day. Traise discovered the problem was a crack in the water heater. He ordered a new one and put it in the next day . He and his helper were neat, efficient, polite and explained what he did and why. Traise ,also explained everything about the water heater tomorrow me because I asked questions about it. Traise, explained the price and warranty options the day before he ordered the water heater. I appreciated how thorough they were.

  Unfortunately I should have read the consumer complaints before calling this company. As most people do I called for an urgent toilet repair service. My credit card was charged before the work which was a red flag. After they replaced a $11 supply line and charged over $300 they called back and said it need a fill valve for an additional $189 or they could replace the older toilet for $1100.00. Preying on women is what they are good at. I politely asked them to leave my home. This is as unethical as it gets to say “I replaced the part you asked me to but you can’t use your toilet” an honest technician would have said you need these three things in order to fix your toilet leak and then give a price to let homeowner decide. I have receipts and pictures. They have to answer to God for how they are treating older people and women.
