However, after the floor was mostly done, mainly because I thought I was going to get them to put real tile in one room I got them to leave the transition pieces off for the time being. They broke some pieces (and never replaced them) that fit over the L brackets at bottom of one of the stair posts, put a huge hole in the wall near my back door and left black marks on the wall in one of the closets. I had to rip up the flooring (and purchase more) that was placed at the front door because they went ahead and put it down even after I told them I had to take the baseboards off. It pains me to have to leave this review because the people there are great and I think a lot of them, but I shouldn't have to beg and it bothers me that I'm being ignored.
