  We had a problem with our hot water heater and Dalton came out to investigate the problem. He ended up figuring out our issue. He was very knowledgeable and honest and took time to explain everything that needed to be done. We highly recommend Dunns and will be using them in the future.

  Nick was amazing. He came out and performed my leak detection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I didnt not like that the company wanted to charge $380 to replace the $11 fill line in my toilet. That's a $300 uncharted and quite ridiculous. A job that would take less than 10 minutes to complete. A charge that would have been on top of the $49 leak detection with a totals cost of service being $429 which is completely absurd. Again Nick was great!

  My second experience with Dunn's although this time for a system maintenance on the HVAC unit. William McCoy had been dispatched to my home for service. He exceeded my expectations for a service provider. He is very professional and is more than happy to explain the entire process and include tips that I can do to make sure my unit runs properly throughout the seasons. Again, I am very pleased with the services offered by Dunn's and highly recommend them as well as will utilize them in the future.

  I contacted Dunn’s for a routine maintenance on my HVAC. The technician dispatched to my home was William M- he more than exceeded my expectation of professionalism and experience. He provided me a thorough analysis of every procedure conducted to educate me on the system in my home. This is my second positive experience with two different services provided by Dunn’s. I expect to utilize Dunn’s as my go-to service provider for maintenance or service related issues on my property. Thank you William for a job well done.

  $49 service call!! Im cool with that if you don't do the work... if you're hired to do the work, the service fee should be included or waved! I paid $214 to have Coils Leveled which consisted of tilting my unit back a lil and sliding wooden levelers(2) underneath... took about 30 seconds or less, no tools needed and unit was easy to tilt back!👀 $500 to check dishwasher and $500 to ground fault jacuzzi tub! Workers were nice, on time and respectful but Dunn's is to rich for me lol, and I thought I was doing pretty good!😂
