  Horrible customer service. The lady who answered the phone was rude and not willing to help someone trying to give them business. Find another company.

  Asked specifically for a product to be made from safety glass. When received it was made from polycarbonate. When asked why it was not made from safety glass the front desk attendant rolled her eyes at me and told me it was safety glass. Not only unprofessional but don't know the difference between plastic and glass!

  The guys who came out to fix my window were very nice. The only complaint I have is broken glass left on my floor. I normally wouldn’t complain about this but I have a cat and it would have cost a lot of money if he would’ve stepped on a piece of it or ate it. I saw him smelling something on the floor so I went over to see what it was, thank goodness I saw it before it was too late. All in all, I would recommend them. I would have just wanted them to clean up after themselves a little!
