- SKSavannah KarlJun 30, 20261.0We have been here for less than half a year and have had numerous issues and concerns brought to the builders attention. We have experienced mud in our driveway from the uneven road and construction that they have been reluctant to clean up, lights falling out of the ceiling during rough storms, the HVAC company being called 5+ times, paint chipping, uneven floors, and more. Our neighbors are experiencing the same issues if not more. We strongly regret buying a house in this neighborhood. Especially seeing how fast and careless the other houses are being built. It’s no wonder that our home is already falling apart.
