  Septic Works came out and pumped our tank. They came out in less than 24 hours, worked fast and clean, didn’t try to upsale anything & charged $100 less than original quote. Highly recommended.

  We recently experienced a serious issue where sewage backed up into our basement through the toilet and bathtub, spreading across the floor. Due to the urgency, we contacted another local septic company, which quoted us over $3,000 for inlet and drain field pipe repairs—even with a “same-day service” discount. We also reached out to our home builder, as the home is still under warranty. However, the issue was “diagnosed” over text message, and they attempted to send a plumbing company that would have charged over $600 just for an inspection. Based on my own assessment, I was confident this was a septic issue rather than a plumbing problem, so I declined their service. I then contacted Septic Works, and from the start, the experience was completely different. Blake arrived promptly, clearly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. His professionalism and transparency immediately built trust. A few days later, Blake returned with the necessary materials and efficiently replaced portions of both the inlet and outlet pipes within a couple of hours. Throughout the process, he kept me informed, even taking the time to show me the underground issues and the completed work. Most importantly, the work was completed at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Septic Works for their honesty, professionalism, and quality service.
