  Main line clean out. Michael ran clean out line to septic tank in back yard. He was polite and very helpful to our needs. Our line was clogged. Michael came worked in the rain and thunder to make sure our dilemma was resolved. We had clear water spillage on both bathroom floors but we are very pleased with the kind service we received. We will ask for Michael from Prattville for our future needs. HIGHLY recommend.

  They were swift and prompt.In and out within an hour. Services were reasonably priced as well which was my main concern. Great communication and setting an appointment was way faster than expected

  Josh and Wade were absolutely outstanding. They worked through brutal heat to dig out our septic tank and carefully navigate old gas lines that should’ve been rerouted years ago — never complained once. Their communication was clear the entire time, they explained what was working (and not working), and even gave us solid next‑step advice. They waited while the gas company removed the pipes, came back first thing the next morning, finished the job perfectly, cleaned everything up, and even put the fence back after moving it for the bobcat. Through a ridiculous process, they stayed pleasant, thoughtful, and professional. Highly recommend.
