  We needed our septic pumped. We made the phone call, within15 minutes the truck was backing into our driveway. Septic pumped, screen cleaned, everything buttoned back up. Flawless. Definitely glad we called.

  Great response time within 2 hrs of call. Awesome service guy fixed our problem & explained you can't use certain TP brands in low-flow toilets. Who knew? Love that he has a sense of humor in his line of business! We'll be getting a cleanout installed in the very near future, too. Sorry Charmin, but my hiney is going to become Angel Soft!i

  My AC main drain line was clogged. Mark arrived quickly, was very personable, hygienic and explained the entire process of what he was doing. He successfully cleared my clog and I finally have air again! Very nice guy and job well done.

  Mr Spivey gave me an impression that he truly enjoys his work and the company he's employed by. He talked about his years of employment and how he looked forward to growing with the company. He repaired my bathroom leak and I appreciated him going over his finished work with me I do wish this company offered more home repairs with employees like Mr Spivey 🙏🏾

  The issue was a stopped-up drain. The stoppage caused flooding in both bathrooms. What we thought was due to seals that had come loose over time was actually a clogged drain. Shaun May, being the professional, identified the issue rapidly and proceeded to rectify it. Thanks to Shaun, our flooring is being dried, and the needed repairs are soon to follow. Shaun is an example of a true Roto Rooter Professional. Thanks to Shaun, the damage was kept to a minimum.
