  They came on Saturday and did a preliminary inspection returned on Monday cleaned the drain and replaced both toilets. They polite timely and accurate on pricing. Could’ve asked for a better job they were terrific

  Ronnie went above and beyond in cleaning our main sewer line, just had a new roof, installers did not cover vent pipe when stripping old roof, my bathroom was not draining at all, roofing materials completely blocked main sewer line, after getting it working, 4 hours later it plugged again and Ronnie had to clear it a second time

  I made contact late afternoon about a clogged main line to sewer. Response time was fast with the service person arriving in less than one hour. Mark was courteous and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Our plumbing issues were resolved quickly and our routine was back to normal all in the same evening.

  I am Ms. T. Williams in Montgomery. I had three plumbers to come out this week the first two couldn't get the job done, the third was too high ,and when Roto Rooter come out they went to work ,did what they had to do, and I'm happy to say my plumbing is working just fine. I will be calling them again . THIS is my second time dealing with them when no one else could get the job done . Personality is always friendly

  Update to my previous review: After my initial experience, I was contacted by the owner at Roto-Rooter who took the situation seriously and worked to resolve it. They made sure I was priority and came back out, reassessed the issue, and were transparent about the condition of my sewer line. Based on what was found, they recommended a full replacement rather than continuing temporary fixes. What I appreciate is that they acknowledged the earlier issues and made an huge effort to correct them. The owner honored the original pricing and waived additional charges that could have been added, which made a difference. I can confidently say that he has went over and above to assist. I don’t want one employees mistake to reflect the entire company. This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. If anything, I’d say make sure you ask questions and get clear answers up front, but I can acknowledge that they stepped in and worked to make it right in the end. I’m updating my review to reflect that.
