  Adam came out to check on our A/C unit because it hasn't been keeping up with the heat lately. He did a thorough examination of the system and walked through it all with me in a detailed, easy to understand way. I appreciated the information and expertise he was able to provide and the clear list of options available. I'd recommend Chad's AC Direct to anyone, they always provide excellent service.

  Our AC system was not cooling efficiently and John from Chad's AC Direct came out. He diagnosed the problem and spoke to us about our options. I appreciated his direct communication. While we are still waiting on our long term fix I am hoping the positive experience with Chad's continues. I also really appreciated the scheduling staff. Very friendly, and sincere. No one who calls an AC company in the middle of summer is doing so for a positive reason. The experience so far has been very good.

  Amazing! My service was scheduled for a Tuesday, but we got a call that he would like to come by Monday afternoon. Adam has a fabulous attitude and very easy manner. He explained our situation very clearly and is going to extra steps to get our air conditioning unit going again. Loved the text message we received on his way to our house with his picture and a brief bio. As an insurance agent, I will be highly recommending this comoany

  From start to finish, top to bottom, this was on of the best experiences I’ve had with a fairly significant project. Chads AC direct replace our outside unit, furnace, thermostat, and other odds and ends with no problems. Adam, the technician who came to check our work and give us options moving forward was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. Thanks to the hard work from Solon Lee and Jimmy Jorden we had our new unit up in running in just a few short hours. Those boys were very efficient and professional with the work, cleaned up well after themselves, and left our house looking better than when they showed up! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone

  I learned of Chad's Direct through his commercial featuring his family and advertising his superior services. After calling I was offered an immediate appointment and met with Mr. Chad at my home. Mr. Chad was very knowledgeable and wrote up a offer for replacing my HVAC unit that met my specialized situation. I look forward to maintaining his services throughout the use of my new HVAC system. I'm totally satisfied with Dartrell And Bradley and the work they performed installing my new HVAC unit. Dartrell was excellent and answered any and all of our questions and concerns. Dartrell was totally professional and his knowledge went above and beyond our expectations! He was at all times courteous and cooperative towards our concerns as a homeowner. Both technicians were keen on mopping up the water from the rain on the floors and sweeping up debris from the furnace after completing the installation. What was most surprising was Dartrell's commitment to seal the ducts in the attic to ensure we got the most efficient air flow that a new a/c unit can provide! I will absolutely recommend Chad's a/c Direct to other homeowners looking for a air conditioner system!
