I like the fact that he brought in shoe covers which is the first time I had a technician do that and I was happy since I don't wear shoes in my home. He checked and serviced my system and let me know what the readings were supposed to be. Great job.

He was meticulous in his work and clearly knows his trade inside and out. He was also very informative throughout the visit. It’s great to have peace of mind knowing the system was handled by a pro. So of course I purchased the membership plan. 5-star service all around!

- CWCason WillettMay 12, 20265.0In the last year, both of my units have needed replacing. Chad's took great care of us, installing a new system upstairs last July and downstairs today. In both instances the technicians who came to do the initial diagnosis and the teams doing the installs were very courteous and professional. The ladies in the office are always quick to respond to calls and questions, not to mention way more polite than I would be if I was as busy as they are. I even spoke directly to Chad last July, and it's easy to see why he has such a well-oiled operation. Paying for the new systems hurt a little (a lot), but I got estimates from two other locally owned HVAC businesses, and Chad's beat them by a significant amount. 10/10, will definitely continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.
