  Evening emergency call for a cracked pipe at our main water meter and they were quick to have a tech, Dillon, out to get the issue resolved. Extremely nice tech! Highly recommend their services.

  Tim came out to unclog the washing machine drain line. He was very quick and efficient. He was really knowledgeable in explaining what was happening.

  After spending almost $1000 trying to get a blockage in my sewage line cleared, and still not fixed, I decided to call Roto Rooter. I've had 5 or 6 plumbers out here that could not even find my clean out line, outside, and were sure I didn't have one. It took Terry a few minutes to find it, and cleared the roots that were causing my problems. They charged me a flat fee of $349 witha 3 month warranty. Very fair. I wished I had called them first, I would have saved a butt load of money! Shout out to Terry Allen and the Roto Rooter team. I will definitely use them again!

  I am giving the service 2 stars because a secondary problem was created. My repairman was lovely. He was great. I think he lacks experience with how to put back together a toilet because water continues to leak from it. I am thinking the entire kit should have been used. He was very kind to return to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the issue continues. I think most people struggle with taking time from work to repair home problems. I have had to reach out to another plumber to resolve the issue because I cannot waste more time. I think the individuals managing the phone are very kind and professional. I would have liked to be given a time frame for the second visit, so that I could have been proactive rather than reactive with managing my meetings. I was told that the second visit was marked as urgent, but the technician did not arrive until noonish. That is understandable because he probably already had other assigned jobs. I would have appreciated a phone call giving a time window. I think a follow up call would have improved my rating of this service.

  To be honest, I would not have thought to call Roto Rooter to help me pinpoint a water leak in my slab. When a foundation company recommended them, I went for it and I’m glad I did! Aaron and George were an excellent, professional team and I was impressed with their knowledge and procedures. They identified the location of my leak and now we move on to the repair stage!
