- TTTammyMay 2, 20241.0Purchased a tub/shower unit a couple years back and sat it in my enclosed building. Installed and took first shower 3 months ago. First time using and Shampoo bottle fell from edge of tub and punched hole in bottom of tub. I patched this hole but upon closer inspection of bottom while patching it revealed a defect in bottom of tub. Since then I now have another hole. Realizing the time that has passed since my initial purchase, I called to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. Was told warranty was expired and nothing they can do for me. I would’ve felt a lot better if they could’ve at least made an effort to talk with me and perhaps even offer me a discount on a replacement tub. Will move on to another company for future needs. $$ just waisted.
