  They installed the garage door at my home. Did a very poor job installing it. The torsion shaft was put in uneven causing the wood where it’s drilled to crack, excess strain on the head unit and coils. I’ve had to have it repaired multiple times now and it’s only a little over 2 years old. Would steer clear from this business if you want quality work done. Cheaper is not always better!

  I do a ton of work with Coastal Insulation and they are awesome! Always punctual, always attentive to detail. When they are done, they make sure everything is spotless before they leave. I can't say enough good things!

  They were super nice at first and very helpful. They installed half the fireplace and refused to call back for the logs/make the fireplace work. I left numerous messages. Half a fireplace is basically worthless. Had to finish ordering parts online and hoped that they would work.

  Lisa at Coastal Insulation in Mobile was incredibly helpful in providing information to repair an issue with a fireplace installation they completed 30 years ago. If this is the level of service she offers for older projects, I can only imagine how outstanding she is with new installations. Very kind and knowledgeable!

  Great people to work with. Great prices and the whole process was seamless. They put new insulation in my attic and it has made a huge difference already. I had them install gutters a week later as well and they did a great job. They cleaned up and you would have never known they were there. Very well run organization. Highly recommended
