There were mix ups on scheduling and incomplete work. All windows were left unlocked after installing. I hope the windows serve me well. The ladies in the office were very nice and understanding.

On the day of the planned installation, the installers did not show until around 10am without any prior information about installation start time. I was very disappointed with the performance to this point. The installers Johnny and Chad showed and these guys were the most about business people I have seen in a very long time. Johnny the principal installer was professional, precise, careful and informative during the entire process. The window installation was flawless and I could not be happier with the decision to use Window World for my window upgrades. If you manage to get those two guys mentioned above, you'll be extremely happy with the experience.

I received a call from customer service, and the representative collected all of my information and scheduled an appointment. The call took more than 10 minutes. Then, just a few minutes later, she called back and told me that they do not provide services for installing only a storm door. After spending so much time on the phone, this was very frustrating and reflected very poor customer service.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All windows and patio doors we sell come with a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty and a repair labor guarantee, good for as long as you own your home! Contact us or see our warranties page for more details.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don't necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. You are always welcome to contact us for help.
