  I tried to schedule an appointment with OVERHEAD DOOR AND FIREPLACE in Millbrook. The person that answered the phone was very rude. They accused me of not paying for services and said it was from a couple of years ago and put me on the no schedule list. When I asked them what service you’re saying that I refuse to pay for they said that all it said was that I refuse to pay. They couldn’t produce a work order and was very rude. I spoke with the manager Kenny and I advised him that his customer service rep accused me of not making a payment and she hung up in my face after I asked her to produce a work order. He replied that the reason that she would hang up in my face is, if I had cursed her out, I advised him that I never use profanity when I spoke with her, and if he had a recording that he could review the tape, all of them were very nasty except for Sharika. She was very nice. I would never do business with these people ther attitude was very condescending and to accuse me of not paying for SERVICES is slandering my name and never could produce a work order and then got rude with me so I’ll called back and cancel the appointment . They could never tell me the SERVICES that I so-called didn’t pay for it couldn’t even find a work order. Kenny said their computer shows that I refused to pay for SERVICES and that’s all it said. I advised them well if I refuse to pay for services that you said you completed and I would have a lien on my house I would think. Then Kenny told me well we wouldn’t put a lien on my home-for that small amount of money and I said well, how do you know how much money it was if you couldn’t find a work order and you don’t even know what the SERVICES was for? Bad attitude these people. So i cancelled service appt and went with another company and was treated very well . Have a nice Day !

  Very prompt after I called. The repairman was very professional and fixed the problem and greased all the moving parts. Highly recommend!

  Overhead Door Company in Millbrook AL was very easy to work with scheduling my garage door repair. They scheduled my appointment two days after I made the call. The repairman was prompt and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. I appreciate the service and will call you for all my future needs. Excellent company. Extremely nice repairman. Thanks.

  Good luck trying to get anyone to call you back and service your doors. I have been trying for a two months to get someone to work on my overhead doors. Save yourself some trouble and look elsewhere.
