  I received Fantastic service from Pro Service LLC. He was very knowledgeable, courteous as well as understanding. Especially, since I didn’t know how to explain the problem. I wasn’t sure if I my home was on a septic tank or a sewer line. Seeing how confused I was, Tanner was very calm, and informed that my home is on a sewer line. He also, inform me of what the issue was and how to he would correct it. Earlier in the week I called a Plumber for the same issue and was told I needed to have my septic tank emptied but, Tanner promptly found my home was on a sewer line and did what the other Plummer didn’t do. He fixed the issue promptly and correctly. Tanner went above and beyond and gave excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company for all of you plumbing needs. I had an outstanding experience with Pro Service LLC! Tanner provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly patient. I wasn't able to clearly explain what was going on with my plumbing, and I wasn't even sure if my home was connected to a septic tank or a sewer line. Instead of making me feel embarrassed, Tanner stayed calm, took the time to assess the situation, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He quickly determined that my home is connected to a sewer line, not a septic tank, and thoroughly explained the actual problem and how he was going to fix it. Earlier that week, I had called another plumber for the exact same issue and was incorrectly told that I needed to have my septic tank emptied. Tanner immediately recognized that wasn't the case, accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and correctly. His honesty, expertise, and attention to detail saved me both time and money. It's hard to find service like this these days. Tanner truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber who genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend Pro Service LLC. They have definitely earned my business for any future plumbing needs!

  My septic pump cover was damaged during tree removal. I called ProServices to give me an estimate on replacement. Carson, the service person, was very courteous and informative. He provided an estimate that was higher than I had expected but responded to my surprise calmlyand explained the additional cost clearly. And now I know that I have a septic pump rather than a septic tank, which I didn't know before!

  Brandon was an answer to our prayers. He is very thoughtful and understanding. (That is definitely a rare quality today). We were planning to get three quotes on replacing our 20 year old Lennox unit, but after talking with Brandon for a couple of hours, we were all in with Brandon and Pro Services. Thank you! 🙏🇺🇸🙏

  I'm so glad I chose Pro Services for my plumbing needs. It started with customer service which is A1. My technician Nathan was so friendly, professional, and got the job done timely and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using and recommending this company. June 7 2026... Another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review and a satisfied customer. Again , my technician Nathan did not disappoint (installed my new water heater).   We had gotten a quote from another company that we thought was really high, so we called Pro Services and a couple of other companies. All 3 came to our house that morning and gave us quotes and we went with Pro Services. Brody was quick and efficient. He had the tankless water heater installed and working in a couple of hours. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We’ve decided to get their Service Agreement so that we can take advantage of the membership perks. We’re going to use Pro Services for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.
