  Brody of ProServices was incredibly professional, punctual and knowledgeable. My tub faucet required him to go to three additional places to locate the correct infrastructure part but he did and now I have beautiful gold accessories on my Jacuzzi tub. Did a wonderful job!!!!

  Had an issue with an outdoor faucet and found them highly recommend online. Called first thing when they opened and they were there before noon. Gave me several options that fit into my budget and were great to work with. Nathan did an excellent job and was was very knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly call them for future issues.

  Landon with Pro Services AC was absolutely amazing! He showed up right on time, was incredibly kind and professional, and had our issue diagnosed and fixed faster than I expected. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. What stood out the most, though, was how comfortable he made the whole experience—he didn’t feel like a hired technician, he felt like a family friend stopping by to help out. He was even so sweet with my dogs, which says a lot about his character. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely good-hearted, Landon is your guy. Highly recommend!

  I had an issue with a ceiling fan and wall plug not working so I replaced the fan, wall switch, and plug myself. The power would work sometimes and sometimes you would go flip the switch and no power. I could tell that it was wired correctly because it would work for hours at a time. I finally decided to give an electrician a call because I just couldn’t figure out why it was working periodically. I called Pro Services and they sent out Pedro. Pedro was very nice and respectful of my house. I explained to him my situation and he listened and pulled out both wall plugs and stated that they were loose and installed incorrectly. I thought okay but it has to be something else because it works sometimes. I told him that the power wouldn’t work for hours and sometimes it would. He replaced 3 plugs and two switches and sure enough 12 hours later the power wasn’t working again. So after paying $391 for a couple plugs that weren’t working didn’t seem fair to me considering it didn’t fix the issue. I called an electrician to troubleshoot this problem because I didn’t know how wires are ran inside a home. Basically like old Christmas tree lights that if one switch is bad then it causes all not to work. So the day after the electrician came I started messing with the circuit breaker downstairs and found that the attic line also controlled the bedroom plugs and switch to the fan. I went to Home Depot and purchased a new attic light switch and replaced it myself. Sure enough that was the issue and was causing the problem down circuit. I feel that after stating my original issue this should have been the logical place to troubleshoot, but He automatically thought this homeowner installed the plugs wrong. He literally said these plugs are loose after taking them out of the wall. He only went down to the breaker after working on the plugs to feel if it was warm to the touch. That isn’t me being prideful about my work, just that he misdiagnosed the issue and automatically assumed I did it wrong instead of troubleshooting the problem. So yeah $400 to be told my work was the problem and still ended up fixing it myself. Pedro, I appreciate you helping me, but please troubleshoot better for the next customer.
