  Window World did a great job on my parent’s house! The crew did a great job with the installation. Their salesmen Russ was very helpful. Kathy followed up after the install to check everything & made sure we knew about the great warranty.

  They just finished installing our new windows and did a phenomenal job. The crew was efficient, professional, and on time. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped us decide the right windows for our house. Kathy followed up after the project was complete. She was very personable and made sure we knew how to care for our new windows, and know that they were available if any issue should arise. Fantastic customer service! Would absolutely use them again!

  Ivan was very informative and very knowledgeable. The crew that came in was fast and very efficient about their work and each knew their job very well. Kathy followed up and explained everything with the windows and was very helpful with all our questions.

  Leo and his crew arrived early to my home and explained everything that would be done. The windows are everything I was promised. I was very concerned I would need to paint the inside trim but the trim inside the house and the aluminum trim outside the house were better than before they started. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. When they left they took all the trash and old windows with them. I give them an A+++.

  Over the last few years Window World has replaced all of our windows and outside doors. After 31 years in our home it was time to replace our vinyl siding. We contacted Window World in Huntsville because of their reputation and long standing in business. Window World installed Ascend siding in the board and batten style. We had a large project and there were a couple of hiccups but it was quickly taken care of. Shout out to Megan for going the second mile for us and finding what was supposed to be installed. Luis and his crew out of Birmingham did a FANTASTIC job on the installation. We were on a time crunch for the install and Luis with his crew showed up 7:00 am every morning and left at 6:00 pm or after. He completed the install in seven days despite the torrential thunder storms at times. They cleaned up everything before leaving on the final day. I believe Luis needs to be a Project Manager. He was great in his communication and went above and beyond in making sure he had the correct supplies. The Window World PM did reach out to us but we never saw him. Now, we are just waiting on the gutters to be installed also by Window World. Will update after that install.
