  Leo and the crew did a fantastic job ...on time , efficient, clean, neat...looks great windows work great. They were clean inside the house...however outside they left some debris around the shrubs and in the lawn....little sharp aluminum scraps not compatible with barefooters.

  Jaylan was very informative and didn’t take too much time to sell us on this great window. We love it with our kitchen remodel. Raphael did a great job with the install and was very quick! Kathy was very nice when she came to check on the results and follow up with warranty information. All around great team at window world. Very happy with the result!

  Leo and his were awesome! They arrived on time and called me 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. They were very through in explaining how the install would work. There were a couple modifications that were required due to the opening of the window. This was something they would not have known prior to getting here…but Leo immediately came up with a solution and walked me through what he would do to accommodate the opening. This is absolutely the best kind of customer service!!! I will highly recommend Window World and my suggestion would be to ask for Leo and his crew.

  I had window world windows installed a few years ago. They are a wonderful company for backing up their windows with anything going wrong. Today I was cleaning and had to call on a balance issue. They were able to come out the same day and the repairman Mark Jorda was so professional and knowledgeable about window world. I definitely do not regret my decision on this purchase of new windows from Window World!

  The Leo2 team of installers from Window World was fantastic. They showed up, did the work well, communicated effectively, and even dealt well with another group of contractors who happened to be working on the same day. I’d had a full house of windows replaced on another state less than three years ago and it took two full days, so I was really impressed when the Leo2 team finished the job and cleaned up all on one day (less than, even, as they started mid-morning.) One element of the original sales agreement was not completed, but we will address that small matter (it is a small thing), with the sales and management people. The installers clearly did what was expected. Great job!
