Good afternoon. I just had my shower removed and replaced by Jackson Nichols and Nathen Phipps. First things first. The scheduler contacted me, and once we set the date, I was advised the crew would arrive between 8-10am. For a two day shower installation. The crew called me between 7:30-7:40 am advising me that they were en route and would be here shortly. Most contractors will call 30 minutes before the end of the arrival time to let you know they’re on their way. Punctuality matters. My time is just as important as theirs. From the moment entered my home, they were pleasant, courteous, considerate and conscientious about everything that they did. They never took a break and completed everything with perfection. In one day. I can’t fathom anyone else performing this job any better. It was an absolutely incredible experience and I am thrilled with every facet involved. Thank you so very much for providing a valued and memorable experience.
