I dropped a shop vac wand in the toilet flange pipe right as I was finishing up a remodel. Only plumber I talked to that was confident he'd be able to get it out without tearing the brand new tile up, and I talked to many. Give that man a bonus.

He corrected the problem with a flick of a switch to fix to bathroom outlets and replaced two bad outlets (bad for 20 years!) in the kitchen. This has been a persistent, long-term problem and he fixed it. All problems resolved in about 30 minutes. And he even won over my skittish dog. Highly recommend.
