  Ryan was great and quickly diagnosed and restore the system to functioning however the cost of the capacitor was absurd. I’m going back to keeping a couple new spares under the sink. Thank you for the prompt service and cool air.

  One of my favorite things about WC Wright is that they work hard to get service to you quickly. I called Thursday about what looked like mold in the vent registers. There was a person at the house on Friday who diagnosed a leak in the furnace. It was complicated by a few other issues requiring multiple service providers if I choose to go with all of the recommendations. The options were carefully explained as was the cost. Gary called me that afternoon to set up the schedule and also to offer financial scheduling if needed. All of the work- 3 visits- was scheduled for Monday and Tuesday the next week. I was very happy with the speed of getting all this scheduled and the thoughtful explanations provided. I have worked with this company for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with the service and speed of scheduling. Great folks to work with. !

  I had an excellent experience with w.c. Wright! They were able to provide a quote and complete my HVAC replacement within just two days while my home warranty company was taking an extended amount of time in extreme August heat. The entire crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Gary was especially great to work with—he was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process so much easier. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and how quickly they were able to get everything taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement!

  They went above and beyond. Not only did they come out on the same day that we called, but they came on a Saturday. One of their managers even came out to check on another related issue just to make sure everything looked good on that too. They were very well informed and great customer service. They even called us the following work day to make sure we were still good. Cannot recommend enough for plumbing and AC issues.

  Late evening on the hottest day of the summer (so far), my air conditioning gave up - running, but little to no cooling. At my son in law's recommendation, I called W.C.Wright first thing the next morning and was assigned the second call of the day. My tech called shortly after 9AM and arrived twenty minutes later. He was quick to diagnose the problem (capacitor) and just as quick to fix it. My AC was up and running before 10AM! and at a great price, too! Give them a call if you run into an AC problem or are in need of any of their other services.
