  First repairman replced an outside capacitor, cleaned up fouled surfaces and generally was excellent. However, immediately after he left I noticed the fan wasn't running. Called Wright back and they got a new tech back to the house within a few hours. Second tech found a bad capacitor inside and got the fan running. Note: my homeowners warranty had given my problem to a Birmingham company and they couldn't get around to solve my problem for 12! days! That's why I called Wright in the first place and they got somebody out the same day!

  Professional!! The service and follow up was the best I have ever experienced. From the folks that answer the phones and text to the technicians who come to the house. Everyone was kind polite and most of all efficient and thorough. Would recommend to anyone They handled attic insulation clean up and installation as well as Fixed my ac. Installed an attic fan and are coming back to handle my hot water heater! Terrific company

  I have been using WC Wright and Sons for my heating and cooling needs since the 1980's. During that time, I have never had a bad experience. I also started using WC Wright and Sons for my plumbing needs when they added that service to their lineup, and I have never had a complaint against their plumbing repair group. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and HVAC needs.

  The service technician was conscientious in letting us know of a delay in getting to our house because of his work before ours. Once arrived he handled the job expertly in determining the problem and correcting it. We were sufficiently impressed that we went ahead and signed up for W. C. Wright’s maintenance plan.

After our system failed, James was dispatched to resolve the issue, and his professionalism was exemplary throughout the entire process. He arrived, conducted a thorough diagnosis, and clearly articulated the required repairs. Our home is perfectly cool again, and we will absolutely rely on this company for all of our future HVAC maintenance.
