  Eric provides friendly service and shows up on time. He's knowledgeable and efficient and will take care of things you don't know are a problem. Good with dogs and respectful of your home. We have an annual HVAC service plan, and the text reminders are timely and easy to use for scheduling.

  First of all, I want to say thank you to Mr. Eric H., Shane and Chase. Guin add me on their schedule from the 1St time I called. The office gave me an update about Guin’s technicians Enroute eta status. Customer service was excellent! Mr. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable of HVAC systems. He explained everything in layman terms and explained how the HVAC system works. He offered me different options for the existing HVAC system which I decline for the repairs. My existing HVAC is over 20 years old( Home warranty company horror stories I shared with Eric). I talk and Eric listened. I want an upgraded. Eric showed the different options for the new HVAC systems and the difference in each one. (I’ve done some research months prior). I waited a few days before proceeding. Shane and Chase was very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced with HVAC installations. They arrive early the morning of the HVAC installation. They remove the old HVAC system. They took their time to carefully install the new one. They thoroughly triple checked their work to make sure the HVAC system was installed properly and working correctly. They cleaned up afterwards. They told me it would take time to get cold throughout the house ( I fell asleep in Alabama heat and woke up freezing from the New 🆕 Arctic HVAC Blizzard 🥶). Just the way I like it!! Trust Guin. I’m already thinking about calling them again for other home repairs.

  Service and Communication Problems I had an appointment scheduled with this company and never heard from them. When I finally called later in the day, I was told they were busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled another appointment for 9:00 a.m. the following week. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience. After being on hold listening to symphony music for five minutes, I was told that the technician assigned to come to my house was not coming to work that day. Had I not called, apparently no one would have contacted me—just like the first time. After two separate incidents, this is clearly a service and communication problem. This company should spend less time focusing on high-end advertising and symphony music on its phone system and more time providing dependable service and communicating with its customers. There are better options in the market.
