They were on site the next morning by 8:00 and completed the work that day. Reasonably priced, very professional! Highly recommended!!
- JMJonathan MooreJul 26, 20191.0I needed my HVAC system replaced and they were very prompt doing so. The guy who sold the unit told me it would be easy to run duct work to add 2 additional vents. The day of install the crew decided they couldn't reach the area need to add the ductwork. Turns out they're just lazy because I ran the ductwork myself today - but just can't figure out how to connect to the trunk. They also moved my equipment because the new unit is a different size. By doing so the trunk came disconnected from the air handler and so it's a brisk 50 degrees in my attic and over 80 in my home. They will not fix it because they didn't replace it even though their negligence caused the issue. I would do everything in your power to stay far away as possible. The numerous occasions I've been told I'll get a call back with regards to the 2 other vents they never do. Today while i had them on the phone they said mid fall they will do it... I've been trying for over a year and it'll still be fall?
