  I recently had a major leak at my house and had to call an emergency plumbing company. I will not name this company, but they could not help me and said to call a real plumber. So I then called Scott’s Plumbing. They were out same day, took care of my problem. The Plumber/Technician was Colin. He explained everything and took care of my issue, and even took care of another problem, there were no parts involved so all I paid was labor after paying the other company $285 to do nothing. I paid Scott Plumbing $165 to remedy my issue. I would highly recommend Scott plumbing for any of your plumbing issues or projects. They are awesome!

  The repairman showed up on time. He was very professional. He did the garbage disposal replacement quickly and left the work area looking better than when he arrived. I was very pleased with the repairman and the quality of the work. I will be using Scott Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

  Very positive experience from initial contact to finished job! I received same-day service for my water heater repair with clear and concise information provided when I called. The repair tech (Colin) was on time, went over the planned repair with estimated pricing, and insured all my questions were answered before work started. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. I am very pleased with the finished job and highly recommend Scott Plumbing.

  Reasonable response time after asking for a quote via their online chat bot. Text messages that followed appeared to be from A.I. Quotes were not provided via chat, but in person, and if the tech picks up a tool, it's an automatic $110+ charge whether they fix your problem or not. So, if you are just asking about something, don't let them pick up even a screwdriver to open a cover. Asked Google to provide the going rate for an outdoor PRV replacement, and it came back with $250 - $850, depending on how much manual labor was involved. I helped with the manual labor, but the cost was still over $600. It shouldn't have been that much, but when your inside plumbing and appliances are at risk, you do what you have to do. The technician was awesome, and dug up several holes in the front yard looking for the PRV. We had found where it was without knowing it, and the tech initially dismissed it as another Irrigation Control Valve in the flower bed, as the cover depicted "ICV." But, after two clay/rock/shovel-ruining holes later, he looked at it again, and it turned out that's where the PRV was located. A few handfuls of clay removal later, the job was done. I'd use them again, but I'd skip the online chatbot and do whatever I could to speak with a human to get a better idea as to their price range for a given job, first. And, if they don't want to discuss that over the phone, I'll call someone else.

  Sometimes when you get tired and can’t figure out a simple problem, you need to call for assistance. I worked with Scott plumbing just a few times now. I’ve had different plumbers come out and every single time we’ve been diligent in checking over and see what the real problem is, and try to do investigation, instead of instantly charging you some money for something that they might find. Seems like Scott’s bombing has fantastic, moral values that seem to be missing in the country these days. Great job!
