  Carson explained everything that I needed yo know and answered all of my questions about a whole home water softening and filter system. He also did a water test that gave a breakdown of everything in our water. I would highly recommend PURE Southern WATER for your softener and filter needs for your home.

  We love the whole house filtration system installed. We have a sediment filter, a PFAS filter and a descaling filter. We also had a reverse osmosis filter system for the kitchen sink. We have noticed a great improvement in the quality of our water in the house. It is nice to use water from any faucet in the house again. The installation was relatively quick and professionally done. They also installed a leak detector under the kitchen sink. The price quoted was honored, and it was fair. I did not get a copy of the sales agreement I signed or the warranty, which is full refund in 90 days if not satisfied, I believe. I was promised these by email June 12, 2026. I am still waiting. I would have rated them 5 stars if I had the paperwork I was promised. I recommend Pure Southern Water for your water filtration needs.
