  I got quotes from three local companies to encapsulate my crawlspace. John at Pinnacle was the most knowledgeable, credible, and trustworthy. As the owner, he did the estimate himself. He also quoted by far the best price. The crew did a great job and the price was right. It was a pleasure doing business with Pinnacle. Highly recommend.

  Pinnacle Foundation Systems Several of my yearly termite inspectors kept bringing up the condition of my foundation crawlspace. The house is 22 years old so it is not surprising that there is moisture under the house. The Termite inspectors gave me an estimate for encapsulation and I proceeded to get 4 more estimates over a 3 week period. The costs and process proposed varied but the price range was fairly consistent. So I decided to go with the estimate from John at Pinnacle which included a full crawlspace soda blasting (By Jerry Minor Cleaning and Restoration another company I recommend) that removed all the fungus from the joists and beams after that treatment the wood was pristine. So the workers from Pinnacle came the day after and started work right away and they finished the job in about two days which was a little earlier than estimated. So the work completed was a crawlspace encapsulation with complete cleaning of the mold off the wood. A dehumidifier was also installed and an electrical power circuit run and a new sealed crawlspace door installed I was very satisfied with the work, the only concern I had was the color of the new crawlspace door which John went the extra mile and took care of it in less than a day. I would definitely recommend this company and if you are in the search for crawlspace work I would call this company and have them take look and get an estimate

  John was quick to respond. Very professional and experienced. The entire process was explained up front and work completed was true to estimate. Team started and finished in the time frame John set up front. John removed existing insulation along with old water tanks no longer in use, treated mold and mildew, replaced rotten floor joists, sealed all vents, installed sump pump and dehumidifier. I highly recommend John and Pinnacle Foundation Solutions.
