We had a great experience working with Trey, CJ and their team. We originally contacted another company about repairing some scratches on a Silestone countertop, but they told us the only option was to replace the entire slab. CJ and his team took the time to evaluate the damage and gave us an honest recommendation instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need.
The repair came out great, and you can hardly tell there was ever any damage. Everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and they were able to fit us in on short notice, which we really appreciated.
We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality stone repair and will be reaching out again if we ever need their services.

Read and his team were super helpful, We couldn't be happier with our new countertops! From the very beginning, the entire process was super fast and stress free. The installers was friendly and took the time to make sure everything was done right. They even helped us rescue a baby skunk in our yard!!!
The countertops turned out even better than we imagined. They completely transformed the look of our kitchen, and we've received so many compliments from family and friends already.
What stood out most was everything was kept clean and organized, and they made sure we were happy with every aspect of the job before leaving.
We truly appreciate the craftsmanship and care that went into this job. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful countertops and outstanding service.

I was VERY happy with the service that I received. Reed was very attentive throughout the whole process of creating and installing our counter tops. We had a mis-hap with our outdoor counter top and Reed had his people out ASAP and they fixed it and it looks as good as new. I highly recommend working with Huntsville Granite & Marble LLC. My experience was wonderful.
Frequently Asked Questions About Huntsville Granite & Marble LLC
What is Etching?
Etching only occurs in calcium-based stones such as Marble, Limestone, or Travertine. GRANITE IS NOT a calcium-based stone, therefore under normal circumstances, it will not etch.
Marble is a softer stone than granite...therefore etching occurs when the calcium carbonate makeup of the stone is eaten away at from acidic substances leaving dull spots known as "ETCHES". It is a chemical reaction that will happen with Marble.
What is Staining?
Stains, unfortunately, can occur in ALL countertop materials regardless of what manufacturers or countertop salespeople tell you. With that being said, some materials are much more resistant to stains than others. Granite and Quartz for example are much more resistant to staining than a more porous based stone such as Marble.
Thankfully, most stains are relatively easy to remove by a trained stone fabricator. At Huntsville Granite & Marble our staff is trained and certified annually by a "Dry-Treat" sealing product expert. Dry-Treat is widely considered to be the premier hard surface sealing product on the market today and we apply this product as recommended by the manufacturer to help prevent staining.
Staining is NOT a common occurrence we face on countertops we install, however, it can happen. We always recommend cleaning with mild soap and water and to clean up spills when they happen. Feel free to call or visit us anytime with questions!
What is the Difference Between Granite & Quartz?
Granite Countertops are a natural stone and Quartz Countertops are manufactured. Granite is a naturally occurring stone, therefore, no two slabs of granite will be the same. Quartz stone countertops tend to be more consistent in color and pattern. However, many Quartz manufacturers are evolving to offer colors and patterns that mimic natural stone.
Granite is one of the hardest materials on Earth and is extremely durable. With normal everyday use, your Granite countertop will last a lifetime.
Quartz is just as hard as Granite, making it extremely durable as well. With normal everyday use, Quartz will last a very long time.
So which is better? It depends on personal preference and style. One customer appreciates the natural veining and movement found in many of our Granite slabs, while another customer prefers the consistency of a Quartz product. Both Granite and Quartz will improve your kitchen or bathroom space for years to come and increase the value of your home.
What types of stone surfaces does etching occur on?
Etching occurs only in calcium-based stones such as Marble, Limestone, or Travertine, but not on Granite, which is not calcium-based.
Can stains occur on all countertop materials?
Yes, stains can occur on all countertop materials, but some, like Granite and Quartz, are more resistant than porous stones like Marble.
What is the difference between Granite and Quartz countertops?
Granite is a natural stone with unique slabs, while Quartz is manufactured and more consistent in pattern and color. Both are durable and enhance your home’s value.
