  Our upstairs heat pump failed - and of course this happened during the hottest days of July. Conditioned Air Solutions promptly got us on their schedule, and technician Josh Boshaw was dispatched to our home. In less than 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed (burned-out blower motor). He confirmed we were under warranty, arranged for the replacement part, then returned to expertly install it. He was courteous and professional. I can recommend both Josh and Conditioned Air Solutions without hesitation.

  I want to start by absolutely saying Thank you for Conditioned Air for coming out to my house on an emergency after hour call out for a non-working AC unit during the first big heat wave to hit Alabama this year. Came home from an out of state trip and found my house at 90 degrees at 8:30pm with my wife and kids ready to just unload the car and go to bed. They sent a tech out, showed him what I had found with the outside compressor unit blinking a code for failed cap. He agreed with me that the Compressor Cap was the likely cause and it was. I agreed to the outrageous cost of repair because what choice did I have with 2 kids, the wife and me just getting home from a 6.5hr drive but to go ahead and fix it at what was now 10PM. Plus with him being onsite I had already agreed to pay the $240 emergency fee. So either fix it so we can get on with our night OR throw $240 out the door for nothing. The tech quickly replaced the Compressor Capacitor and I soon had a cooling down house. Like I said I'm glad they were able to get out and help me and my family. But $690 to replace a $20(ish) dollar capacitor is a bit much even for an after hr call. I know some are going to say that is perfectly fine and justified but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Had anyone on their phone said that the over all cost + the late night fee was going to be anywhere close to $700 I would have just taken my family to a hotel for the night and called them the next day. SO just know that yes they are good , they will help you out when you are in a bind but you are going to pay an outrageous fee for it. I hope whoever owns the company is proud of the business they have built. Feel free to tell me Im wrong, dont care.

  Zach, Austin, and Jacob were AMAZING! They were all super nice and kept me up to date on everything and made sure everything was squared away! Amazing work!!!! They cleaned the vents, put in microbial spray and warned me that it would have a smell to it (it’s an old house anyway), and went to do some repairs. Even with the smell, I can already tell there’s an improvement from the cigarette smell from the previous owner. Fair price for everything, all things considered, so hopefully I can have them back to replace the ducts completely someday!

  During what seems to be the hottest part of the year, our upstairs HVAC unit unfortunately froze over. I called Conditioned Air Solutions in the morning and they were able to put me on the schedule. I later received a call that they were going to be able to stop by in the afternoon and that Andrey Bossard would be our technician. I am always pleased to hear that Andrey is going to be taking care of us. Andrey is very knowledgeable and cares about providing the best service he can to his clients. He was able to quickly diagnose our aged system and explain the issue to us. We know that the unit is old and will need to be replaced in the near future, but my family just incurred a lot of expensive housing repairs and a new unit is not financially feasible for us at this time. After explaining this to Andrey, he was able to provide us with various options. We chose to repair and monitor for now with the knowledge that we will have to replace in the future. Andrey was able to quickly get the unit back up and running and provided my wife and I with a wealth of helpful information about possible next steps. If you're in need of HVAC repair I can't recommend Andrey Bossard from Conditioned Air Solutions enough.

  Long story short, I didn't feel that I was getting ripped off or talked into anything that was unreasonable. I am no HVAC expert, but I had so-so idea of what the problem with my unit might be. Turns out that Nick, the guy they sent out, agreed with me after looking things over. He took care of it FAR quicker than I thought he would. He even showed me how to do a bit of quick and simple maintenance on my own. The cost was painful, but within the realm of what I expected it might be based on what Google had told me these things typically cost. There was even one part I was concerned might be need to be replaced, but Nick said replacement was not necessary, which led me to believe they aren't necessarily out to milk you for every dollar they can. At least, Nick wasn't lol. Another good thing is that scheduling over the phone was not difficult. Nick called me about 20-30 min ahead of his arrival. I also got a heads-up text around this time. Because my A/C was out of commission, I was actually staying at someone else's house, and I was concerned about possibly missing him if communication broke down, but nothing like that happened. I only go as high as 4 stars because I pretty much never give anyone 5 stars lol. Thanks to the higher-ups, if they happen to read this.
