  Mark did a great job. After Hours people who answer the phone need to be better trained. When somebody is in a crisis situation and they are calling for a 24 hour plumber, they need to get the name of the person and the address of the person and then let that person know that Help is on its way even if it’s not immediately on its way. THEN AND ONLY THEN Should they say something like “now while we’re waiting for them to get to you? I need some more information.” Then get the email account the telephone number any details that somebody might need regarding what’s actually wrong with the plumbing and any details they might need about where the person who’s coming to help needs to pull in what driveway what part of the house and or door they should come through. People need to know that Help is on the way first. Otherwise it feels like a hostage situation for information that they need to bleed me for before they’ll send help. The people on the Night Shift, who are answering the phone are very nice and very polite and also exceptionally maddening.

  Had a plumbing nightmare around 11:00 on a Friday. Called several different places hoping to get service on Friday afternoon. Finally got a live person who said they could send a tech out. Once Dawson got here he quickly assessed the situation and got to work. His diagnosis was correct and he was able to fix the problem. Dawson was courteous and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and did it. He also provided me with photos of the situation. I needed those photos (and probably more evidence) to share with the city arborist to prove that it is indeed tree roots causing the damage. One can only hope now he will allow the tree to come down so that it doesn’t continue to destroy my pipes and continue to cost me thousands of repair work.

  At Approx 9:09am CST on Old Madison Pike an ATC plumbing pick up truck 2115 pulling some form of plowing machine tried to run me and my small child off the road!! This is absolutely unacceptable and whomever the driver is should face consequences for their abhorrent actions! Huntsville and Alabama as a whole have some of the worst drivers as road rage, this has been proven. To be so careless, reckless, and ignorant to attempt to run a car off the road in a work truck is a different type of negligence. Unless this is the type of behavior that is promoted and celebrated at ATC Plumbing. Ultimately that drivers dangerous actions puts this entire company in a bad light. I can only believe that the w tore company represents negativity if these are the type of people you all are qualifying to be on the roads. Looks like I’ll be promoting and encouraging my network of people to use Mr. Rooter for all their plumbing needs. At least their drivers are responsible and believe in speed limits. Very disappointed in this company

  I had a wonderful experience with Around The Clock Plumbing for a home that I am the Property Manager for. They had a technician out within the hour of me calling. I spoke with Logan and he was very professional, friendly, and was able to clearly explain the issue and how he planned to repair. The home owner and tenant are very satisfied with the work that was done. Thank you for excellent service!

  I’m glad that I used Around the Clock to fix my plumbing issue. Josef did an excellent job and truly gave me peace of mind. I felt at ease and it was because of him. He was very communicative throughout the process from beginning to end, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was extremely knowledgeable. I have worked with many contractors, and I can tell that Around the Clock runs a very organized and efficient business. It is greatly appreciated as I value my time. I definitely know Josef was an expert, and I’d recommend this company for anyone who values your time and high levels of professionalism.
