Access is great to work with! Just had them install a new door, lift, and high lift conversion kit. Completely changed our garage. Chase, Kerry, and Jake, were great to work with and did a great job on the install. Julie was really helpful and provided great communication during the scheduling process. Highly recommend.

From the initial phone call when setting up an appointment with Julie to have my garage door repaired I knew that my choice in choosing Access was the right choice. Technicians Kerry and Jake arrived on time, completed a thorough safety inspection, and made their recommendation. A torsion spring, and a riser support. They were both very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the repair in a very timely manner in the garage that had to have felt like an oven with no complaints. As someone who works in the service industry it was a very pleasant experience. I know first hand of people trying to upsell everything a company has to offer and that was not the case with Access. I highly recommend Access and will definitely recommend them to friends, and utilize their services again for any future issues. Thanks again for the excellent work!

I had a great experience with Access Garage Doors from scheduling the appointment by phone, receiving a prompt phone call and email letting me know the technicians were on the way.
